MATERIAL PALETTE
The materials were chosen to create a robust, timeless, and comfortable feel. Layering precious and earthy stones with rich textures on top of copper and brass metals to create a luxurious and unforgettable experience in space. Building on top of the palette with warm oak wood on floors and ceilings to balance out the space, creating a warm and welcoming look.
RECEPTION
A bespoke reception with high-end finishes to create a striking yet welcoming experience for guests. The linear slats on the wall and ceilings provide a natural direction in space, as well as a modern, sleek and elegant look. The reception desk itself is custom made along with the chandelier that's adorned with copper and emerald crystals, creating an impressive first impression.
OPEN OFFICE
This open office design of this workspace fosters a cuture of collaboration and innovation. Its spacious layout and absence of physical barriers encourages communication among employees. The large windows frame a view of the city and provides access to daylight and views, improving the overall health and wellbeing of the workers. The wooden ceiling planes are intricately placed in a wave-like pattern, creating a relaxing yet stimulating environment, boosting overall productivity levels. Moreover, the light palette helps create a fresh and inviting atmosphere, leaving the workers excited to come back to work.
PRIVATE OFFICE 1
Each one of our private offices for this project are designed personally for our clients. Private office 1 consists of a luxurious, masculine and sophisticated designed office especially for Vicko. The rich textures provided in our floor and wall finishes are garuanteed to leave a strong impression. The monochromatic warm tones of this room balances it out and overall creates a professional yet warm and inviting experience.

The design strategies and finishes chosen for private office 2 are designed personally for Fiona. Our design aims to create a light and airy work enviroment, while still maintaining Fiona's personality. The light tones and finishes exude a sense of femininity and comfort, while the strong geometric features balance it out and help create a professional work environment.

Stepping into the cigar room is an invitation to indulge in a world of refined luxury and timeless elegance. The meticulously chosen high-end finishes will captivate ones senses. The space is filled with varying marble floor and wall finishes, complimented and balanced by the copper and brass trims, creating a warm and rich space. The plush furniture selected help create an overall comforting and relaxing time in the cigar room.
CIGAR ROOM
LIVING & DINING
The living and dining areas of the showroom encapsulate's the client's vision of a luxurious, yet comfortable and welcoming space. The sumptuous marble finishes on the walls and floors are balanced by the plush furniture and warm textiles in space, helping achieve an inviting look. The overall colour palettes are kept neutral, with accents of muted turqoise and copper, creating a light and rejuvinating overall interior space.
In the kitchen, we focused on creating a functional and efficient workspaces that is both stylish and practical. We used a combination of open and closed storage to keep clutter at bay, as well as added a large island to provide a space for seating and entertaining. Of course, we paired the kitchen with an unforgettable view with a large panoramic window to enhance the unique experience in space.
KITCHEN
Functionality is a must in this space. We have ensured to meet our client's functional requirements through providing sufficient kitchen work area and cabinetry lighting. We have also made sure to allow for proper clearances on kitchen circulation as well as put consideration of all appliances' reachability. In this kitchen, innovation was our goal. Therefore, we've thought outside the box and introduced motorized pop-up kitchen counter storage.
KITCHEN
The master bedroom is a space for rest and tranquil. Thus, in this space we focused on smooth, minimal and curved lines. We have applied this in both our finishes, as well as our carefully selected furniture that invites the guests to sink into its seats. The master bedroom is separated from the rest of the space through a unique planter built into the millwork. This planter also acts as a feature piece for all surrounding spaces that will make the space feel zen.

CLOSET
A walk-in closet designed for not only beauty, but function. In this closet, we made sure to provide as much usable and funtional storage as possible through custom millwork on walls and an island to store accessories. The finishes maintain its luxurious appearance through the combination of dark tones and purple hues with accents of brass.
